In this episode, he was trying to educated a school in Huntington on the food that would be better for the children.

What was really shocking in this episode, was that the children in kindergarden were not able to identify any of the vegetables when he did a little "show and ask". No one could identify a tomato!
Also, children were not allowed to use forks and knives. And many did not know how to use them when they were given the utensils.
